Stout Formerly Known As Paso Dosed

Brewer Kyle Harrop made Stout Formerly Known as Paso Dosed especially for the Firestone Walker Invitational Beer Festival.

To make it extra special, he aged this 17.2% ABV brew in three different barrels: first Eagle Rare bourbon, then Blanton’s bourbon, and finally Saxum red wine! Then he made it extra luscious by conditioning the beer on chocolate, Geisha coffee, hazelnuts, and Peruvian vanilla beans!
