About This Beer

The Hazy/Juicy IPA category is easily one of the most competitive sections in every craft competition. So when a beer takes the cake at both the Great American Beer Festival — a.k.a. the biggest brew competition on the continent — AND at the Brussels Beer Challenge — one of the most competitive in the world — our ears perk up. And this juicebomb from Wren House did just that! It’s the 2020 GABF Gold winner and the 2021 BBC Gold winner. Who will Spellbinder cast its spell on next!?

Tasting Notes

Premium northwest hops deliver deliciously bold tropicality. It’s all built on a smooth, fluffy base of Pils malt, oats, and Arizona-grown Sonora white wheat, making each sip more craveabley succulent than the last. A soft, subtle bitterness rises up on the finish to expertly punctuate the fresh fruit sweetness.
