Aroma of oak followed by berries. Big splash of lemonade, minus the berries, in taste. Funk, oak, and a light tartness round out taste. Dry finish. Oak foeder is the star.

It was extremely sour with a hint of rose. Tasted like straight lemon juice. Left a weird aftertaste.

Light body. Very tart, almost overly sour. Effervescent mouthfeel, lingering on the palate. Strong lemon flavor. Notes of berries, but difficult to distinguish as raspberry or blueberry specifically.
