A Note on This Beer
I have this weird conundrum with parties: I love being invited, but when it’s time to head out the door, I really don’t want to leave the coziness of my own home!
So after much begging, I’m thrilled to announce that Tavour gained exclusive access to today’s Sour Broker: Cherry Lambic and I’m freakin’ stoked!
Crafted to celebrate Taxman Brewing’s 5th anniversary, the only way craft fans could sip on this one-time release was by attending the Indiana taproom party. The lucky ones who made the journey loved it so much, they gave it an astronomical 4.40 on Untappd!!
And now, Tavour members can join the celebration too — and no one even has to change out of their cozy clothes! Snagging one of only 1,200 bottles in existence grants VIP access to the excellence of Taxman that has fans celebrating five years of deliciousness.
Party conundrum, solved!
Crack open the bottle and marvel at the ruby red color while unleashing its tart, complex aroma. Aging in wine barrels allows each tangy spiced sip to pair with slightly earthy flavors and sparkle on the palate while disguising the 6% ABV. While using nearly 5 lbs per gallon of real Balaton and Montmorency cherries has every mouth-puckering taste blending fresh sweet-n-tart notes as refreshing as picking the fruit straight off the tree.
UT-user @Jarret C. even exclaims, “Taxman's hard work paid off on this one. Has to be one of the best sours I've tasted. Really impressed!”
Whether you’re feeling generous and want to share with friends or decide to hang out in your pajamas and treat yo’ self, scoring today’s Sour Broker: Cherry from Taxman Brewing is a reason to party!
Rated 4.40 from early reviews on Untappd
P.S. If you want to experience the full TAXMANniversary Party, serve today’s Sour Broker: Cherry with Beef Stew and Belgian Frites, topped with pickled onions. You’ll be indulging in what one UT fan calls, “A perfect pairing - complete Nirvana!”
