This had a very unique smell to it. I got sharp pine, dank onion, caraway seeds, fennel, and a subtle fruitiness in the back. The taste matched with a chalky backend to it, but in a good way! Medium bodied with a clean and dry feel. Enjoyably different.
Dry, slightly hoppy, and malty.
Another solid IPA from TG!
So much sediment
Delicious. Very classic IPA feel with lots of grapefruit and solid bitterness.
Solid hop floof with a great balance on the follow
Juicy and a bit dank. Tropical notes all around. Delicious.
I taste grapefruit bitterness. Slightly dank, and a bit thin. Not bad. First one was better...second one may be getting some age to it. Tons of sediment in the second one, more than the first one.
Pleasant Mosaic bitterness and flavor.
Can’t get enough of Toppling Goliath beers, IPAs like this one are particularly in their wheel house. Hazy, juicy and tropical notes which balance out the happiness nicely. Remarkably crisp and drinkable with a sneaky ABV. Two Thumbs Up!
Bomber from Tavour. Well worthy of its reputation. Hazy golden pour. Big airy, frothy head. Piney, hoppy aroma is followed by a luscious taste, creamy smooth and with a gentle bitterness. Heavenly throughout.
IPA not a pale. Goes down smooth.
Nice and juicy. Great to drink after driving 7.5 hours back from Kanab UT.
Stained Glass, Holy Mosaic Super tropical with just the right piney bite.
Citrus and pineapple taste with full mouth feel. One is probably enough for me on any given night. Tastes stronger than a 7.8%.
Nice juicy haze hop finish
Beautiful 100% Mosaic IPA! Bursting with bright Pineapple and tropical fruit! So glad to be able to try this after having falling in love with Pseudo Sue. Thanks Tavour!
Herbal aroma, juicy blast up front, followed by tropical notes like lime, pineapple, and a hint of resin. Finishes clean and mildly bitter.
A bit hop forward for me. Didn’t show that perfect balance
Nice batch of mosaic
Was hoping for less haze here, lots of sediment, almost chewy at the end
Packs a punch
Very easy to drink, great taste
Good taste, bitter end
A lil piney and easy to drink
Love mosaic, love this IIPA. Pithy orange and grapefruit upfront, into nice hoppiness and bitter finish.
Mosaic to a T. Citrus pith and hoppy.
Is there a bad TG beer? Sousus doesn’t disappoint. Citrus notes without being too sweet
Wow so flavorful
Great balance, smooth and tasty. Ready for another.
Outstanding Mosaic IPA. Smooth and tasty especially for a double. TG brewing is becoming one of my favorites quickly!
Toppling Goliath never disappoints. For a double IPA it was extremely smooth and easy to drink. The flavor was incredible!
Smooth. Clean. Hoppy. Delicious. This beer is lovely.
Massive hop kick but still smooth and drinkable - a refreshing change from some of the over sweet juicebombs dominating the IPA market these days.
Delicious and almost perfect
good clean crisp Double IPA
Hop bomb. Not much malt backbone
Definitely worth drinking....pineapple and grapefruit
A great tasting IPA! Smooth and stout.
Pineapple out the wazoo, and just some tropical deliciousness.
We though this was great
Not my favorite from TG. A solid, well balanced IPA but nothing really stood out for me here.
Solid hazy wish I would've got to it a little earlier but still great
Daily corona battle. Spring break was last week? edition. All mosaic berry goodness, lotsa sediment, plenty of juice and lingering hoppy finish.
A good IPA
Not my thing it was super gross I didn't taste anything fruity
Very well balanced, just a touch of bitterness
Like all toppling goliath ipas, this is fantastic
Great well balanced IPA with tropical and earthy flavors. Very soft and smooth.
Great Mosaic hop bomb.
Smooth but expected more from the write up on it
Fruity and a little bitter.
12/24/20 solid hazy DIPA. Dank and tropical.
juicy and crisp with a dank back side
