About This Beer
The Skookum crew sentenced their thick and velvety base to 10-16 months in Buffalo Trace and Heaven Hill bourbon barrels, allowing it to soak up all that gorgeous whiskey-oak character.
Tasting Notes
Decadent fudge brownie notes cascade through the pitch-black pour, with ripples of caramel-drizzled dried plums and roasty malts underneath. Whispers of woodspice and vanilla deepens all the sweet flavors, and a kiss of bourbon lingers on the palate after the finish.

Thickest non-adjunct stout I’ve ever had (not really my preference). Pretty similar taste profile as BCBS, which is definitely a good thing. Liked it a lot
