About This Beer
The crew at Mason Ale Works crafted an Imperial Pastry Stout inspired by the delights of the campfire. S'mores Chaos bursts with graham crackers, vanilla, marshmallow fluff, and cacao!
Tasting Notes
Every gulp is thick with chocolate bar notes blended into mounds of mallow. Your taste buds might even break into a rousing sing-along as the graham cracker and malts create a biscuity base for all the gooey sweetness to hike across your palate.

The beer tasted very good. Had a slight alcohol taste at the front, followed by deep notes of chocolate. Soon after, marshmallow engages the pallete, delightful and not over powering. There is a hint of cinnamon or graham cracker at the finish. It was not as thick as I would have expected, but it did carry some weight overall. A very good beer to treat yourself.

Decent flavor. Booze sneaks up on you.

Definitely has a boozy punch up front and then turns into mild notes of chocolate with slight vanilla hints

not bad… heavy it is and I would probably have it as a single beer. also as a possible desert beer

decent flavors, some vanilla and marshmallow, wish they were more intense. not bad but Weldworks has spoiled me.

More boozy than S’mores … seems pretty light for 13.5%. Fairly disappointing considering the name. 3.42.

a bit thicker would be better but this is delish!!!!!

not horrible, but not great either. Some jumbled flavors prevent the s’more character from really shining.

worked for me.

Heavy, sweet, dark chocolate syrup. Vanilla reads as marshmallow. Decent showing of graham cracker (unusual, so a big plus!). Boozy and warming. No hiding the 13.5 ABV. Would prefer it more with less syrupy notes.
