Tucked away in a shady, wooded corner of southern Texas sits B-52 Brewing — an ambitious workshop of wild invention and big aspiration.
Not only does B-52 crave recognition as one of the best craft breweries in the world, they want to do it by making the most creative suds they can come up with. So, it’s both a microbrewery and a brew laboratory!
That’s why these mad scientists keep tinkering with the fun flavors of their ever-popular smoothie tart series. With their latest release, Smoothie Tart: Pineapple, Tangerine, Coconut, and Marshmallow with Lactose, they’ve even dreamt of putting the flavors of sweet ambrosia salad right into your glass!
They brew each barrel of this Sour with wheat, oats, barley, lactose, and marshmallows to lend it a silky smoothie texture and fluffy whipped-cream flourish. Then, the brewers add 60 juicy pounds of pineapple and citrusy tangerine, and 10 lbs of coconut to blast this brew into the juicy stratosphere!
Today, you can be one of the first craft fans outside of Texas to taste this latest fruity creation from the mad scientists at B-52. If you’re lucky enough to snag a can or two, try to resist the urge to cackle maniacally while shrieking “It’s arrived! It’s ARRIVED!”
