About This Beer
To craft this liquid cookie, the brewers started with a rich Stout base aged in bourbon barrels. Then they conditioned it on caramel, chocolate, vanilla, and just a touch of cinnamon for all the flavors of a Caramel deLite.
Tasting Notes
Inviting colada aromas to perfume the air with every decadently smooth pour. On the sip, silky currents of chocolate ganache cascade over caramelized coconut and toffee nuances. Hints of whiskey-kissed crème brûlée carry underneath, further obscuring that big ABV.
