About This Beer
First, the brewers let it luxuriate in 12-year Heaven Hill barrels for nearly two years. Then they transferred to Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskey barrels to soak up even more cask character and take on a twinge of peaty smoke. And they finished it all on Marshmallow, graham cracker, and Philippines cacao nibs for desserty decadence.
Tasting Notes
We’re expecting each sip to be like biting into a s’more — but if a s’more came with an ultra-smooth 16.6% ABV! Look forward to notes of creamy ‘mallow swirling alongside fudgy chocolate and graham cracker nuances. A kiss of campfire and whiskey oak should add depth to the finish, inviting you back in for some-more!
