Strong coffee notes, toasted malt, and maple syrup on entrance. Vanilla in the development, not really picking up the cinnamon much. Long coffee finish.

I knew this beer was for me the moment I saw the adjuncts; it read like a grocery list my 10 year old self would write in preparation for camp: maple syrup, cocoa, vanilla, cinnamon, coffee. While requiring a sweet tooth to fully enjoy, this concoction is balanced by the roasty qualities and touch of boozy heat. In the end, the flavors provide a welcome adventure of the palate kind.
