It seems like I spend my whole week trying to cram more stuff into every hour, but when Sunday rolls around, I like to Slow It Up.

Maybe I’ll watch football all day, or go for a leisurely stroll. Maybe I’ll just sit by the window and watch the leaves blow around. One thing is certain though — whatever I’m doing, I’ll be accompanied by a pint or two of today’s foeder-aged Pilsner from the crew at Modist.

This stuff is ideal for those days when you want to slow things down. It packs plenty of flavor because the Modist crew loaded it with Huell Melon, Triple Pearl, and super concentrated Citra Cryo Hops. Every drop brings tantalizing aromas of tangerine and orange, with notes of berry and a touch of dank melon. 

On the finish, you’ll find a hint of oak from the foeder mingling with bready notes from Bohemian and MN North Star Pilsner Malts. 

If you have a slow day coming up, you’ll need an all-day sipper to while away the hours with. I can’t think of a better choice than this delicious Pilsner. Now go ahead and kick those feet up!
