A Note on This Beer
Recreational marijuana may not be legal in Louisiana, but that didn’t stop the GABF Gold medalists at Parish from creating one dank BEAST of a Double IPA — absolutely no illicit substances required!
That’s because they teamed up with the #11 Brewery in the World on Untappd — California’s Horus Aged Ales — who helped the Southern brewers harness the taste of a little West Coast puff-puff-pass action.
Dry-hopped with heaps of Cryo Mosaic and Strata Hops, this potent brew overflows with notes of honeyed melon, citrus zest, and tropical passionfruit with a sprinkle of fresh kush.
And by combining the grain bill of Parish’s 4.35 Tavour-rated Ghost in the Machine IPA and Horus’s Osprey’s Next Catch NE IPA, the brewing pair achieves a soft-as-a-cloud body to carry the massive hop flavors with an Imperial-strength 8% ABV buzz.
Which makes this collab between these Bayou Boys and Cali craft masters the best duo we’ve seen since Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart made a cooking show!
But unless you’ve got a hookup in Cajun Country, good luck getting a taste — Skelehawk will only be released at Parish’s taproom! So secure your cans from our stash now, and watch as your buds turn green with envy when they hear you snagged this dank collab.
