About This Beer
The crew began by blending batches of their foeder aged, mixed culture Missouri Farmhouse Pale Ale. Then they dry hopped the soft brew with Motueka and Nelson Sauvin Hops from Freestyle Farms before finally bottle conditioning it.
Tasting Notes
Bright natural carbonation carries stone fruit and citrus aromas out of the glass, inviting you in for a swig. Tangy tastes bloom with notes of underripe nectarine, passion fruit, and white grape while sunny Meyer lemon nuances shine above. A mild, wildflower bitterness mingles with hints of hay and baguette before it all comes to a crisp, dry finish.
