About This Beer
The Maryland malt masters took inspiration from Helles-style Lagers to showcase the flavors of the grain bill. And since they chose a complex blend of barley, wheat, rye, golden oats, purple corn, jasmine rice, and fonio — a mild, nutty grain native to West Africa — there’s plenty to explore!
Tasting Notes
Light swigs delight the taste buds with a whole range of cereal nuances. The rounded sip begins with a subtle rice and corn sweetness before earthy, nutty Honey Nut Cheerios tones take over. Meanwhile, hints of citrusy Riwaka Hops flicker throughout, leading to a dry, herbaceous, cracker-crisp finish.
