Flavor of fresh citrus fruit and zest, bready malts, and earthy and herbal tea hops. Very tasty, solid NEIPA. Doesn't really stand out from a hundred other NEIPAs but it's definitely a good one and very enjoyable to drink. If it has one thing going for it to set it apart, the mouthfeel is particularly nice on this one.
Citrus with a touch of pine.
Nice, hoppy, fruity taste. Also a hint of malt which gives it a good balance
Smooth and delicious
A really solid IPA. Not too hoppy with a good amount of fruit and citrus. Nice color. Light and drinkable but with a sneaky good ABV.
Like a resinous mimosa, full of citrus up front with a piney bitterness on the finish.
Almost a bit of mango flavor
bitter and smooth. plenty of citrus to enjoy.
Enjoyed the mango-y vibes of this ipa, nice complex balance of pleasing hops
A little too bitter, malty for me.
Lots of grapefruit flavor!
Crisp with slight hop burn and quite delightful
IPAs have never been my thing, but I enjoyed the citrus kick this provided. Also, science rules!
Very rich in flavor & grapefruit aftertaste
Exactly what one could expect but nothing out of the ordinary. Cool can for display.
Got peach with a back end grapefruit. Definitely like it
The comet hops in this are a great addition.
Wasn't as happy as I expected to be.
Tangy, citrus with a grapefruit pith bite. A little thin but crushable.
Space hops! Pretty good but not mind-blowing
Pine and citrus, little light bodied
Junk I mean it’s in the name lol
Tons of citrus.
Malty, slightly bitter, hints of smoke, with an acidic finish
Well balanced and the right bitterness on the finish without punching you in the face. Flavor isn’t profound, but a very enjoyable “easy” IPA to drink.
Ordered from Tavour. Chilled and poured into an imperial pint glass: Pre-empt our review with we are not IPA fans, but kinda dig the whole hazy movement, especially the west coast stuff that has been emerging the last couple years. Look: finger and a half size head, hazy, yellow... pretty beer, looks like there is more malt or pulp in the beer than is actually there... great lacing Smell: citrus notes like orange peel and pineapple with earthy notes of grapefruit and pine Taste: sweet on the front end, bitter on the back, hints of orange peel, pineapple and earthy grapefruit (really ripe grapefruit)... the hop notes are galaxy and citra, but not super bitter. Average beer if you like hazy IPAs (New England variety), the hops are the flavor. Average citrus and low malt value hide the ABV (7.5%). Cheers
Cloudy and juicy, with a slight bitterness.
Welcome but of hop bitterness often lost in this style
