This American Oatmeal Brown Ale is frighteningly delicious. To make it, the master brewers at Skookum conditioned this brew on rich coconut and decadent vanilla after letting it come to age in bourbon barrels.
Tasting Notes
It’s a bit like drinking a whiskey-drenched Almond Joy! Notes of toasted toffee and chocolatey malt swirl alongside complex oak characteristics and a kiss of top-shelf bourbon. Don’t be afraid of that boozy 11% ABV, ‘cause this stuff goes down smoother than silk!

chocolate comes through the most but I definitely got some coconut and a nice boozey addition from the barrel
