About This Beer
For this Saturday release, the crew aged a rich Imperial Stout base in a blend of bourbon barrels for over three years. And they hit it with strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla for stress-relieving, ice cream-like nuances.
Tasting Notes
We’re expecting each fudgy sip to be like a pint of Ben & Jerry’s Neapolitan, only with smooth 13.5% ABV! Rich ribbons of vanilla ought to carry throughout, melding with lip-smacking chocolate-covered strawberry notes, while roasty malts hold everything together.

This is a hefty 13.5%er. Pours (almost) like oil but yet, all of the particulaly chocolate/strawberry (and the internal olfactory, in a great way) nuances make their way into every sip. Quite unique. Wish I’d gotten one for every day of the week. Ahem. ;^>
