About This Beer
To make it, they started by fermenting a light, crisp body with wild yeasts. Then they added carefully considered doses of Masumoto Nectarines and Falanghina Grape Skins, and naturally conditioned the brew with honey for effervescent carbonation.
It’s bright, fruity, and tangy, with hints of lemongrass hiding beneath soaring stonefruit flavors. A touch of vinous character comes through from the grapes, adding a dry, white wine-like finish to the tart brew.

It’s a sipper for sure. it’s way too tart to enjoy in my opinion.
