About This Beer
The farmhouse fiends fermented Saison Super Deluxe with their house mixed culture and aged it in oak barrels for six months. Then they added a dash of honey before bottle conditioning it for one year prior to release.
Tasting Notes
The extra months of maturation allowed this stunner to mellow while developing a soft natural carbonation. Notes of hay and wildflower honey bounce out of each smooth, tangy pour followed by hints of tilled soil, lemon zest, and ripe apricot.
