About This Beer
For this gem, the legendary Seattle brewers took their beloved base, crafted with brewer’s licorice and cinnamon bark, and aged it not once, but TWICE. First, it slumbered for 8 months in Heaven Hill barrels, then they transferred it to Woodford Reserve Double Oaked bourbon barrels for another 4 months!
Tasting Notes
Expect each velvety swig to overflow with chocolate, coffee, and molasses flavors backed by even more barrel character than the original. Look for notes of whiskey caramel alongside a mélange of warming spice in the lingering finish.
