About This Beer
That’s right, the legendary Seattle brewers took their beloved base crafted with brewer’s licorice and cinnamon bark, and aged it not once, but twice! First it slumbered for 18 months in Heaven Hill barrels, then they transferred it to Woodford Reserve Double Oaked bourbon barrels for another 4 months!
Tasting Notes
You can expect big chocolate and coffee flavors backed by even more whiskey character than the original. Look for notes of caramel alongside just a whisper of warming cinnamon in the lingering finish.
