A Note on This Beer
Other Half, Grimm, Interboro… the list of top craft breweries eager to collaborate with New York’s Barrier Brewing is nothing short of impressive! While these guys love kicking it with other leading brewers, today’s 100% Mosaic IPA is a chance to taste the hoppy-skills that caught the eye of the hottest breweries around the country.
Practically impossible to find outside of the Big Apple, bring Suburb Mosaic to your next gathering and blow away all your craft friends with this underground IPA. They’ll probably ask “where’d you even find this?!” and beg for another can, or two, or a whole six-pack.
Can you blame them for trying? With layers on layers of vibrant, juicy pineapple and zesty citrus, who wouldn’t plea for another taste? Then there are the hints of citrus shining with the slight carbonation that bubbles on the tongue oh so delectably. A wave of dankness splashes into the crisp, clean finish so that after polishing off the 7.6% ABV, you’ll feel your worries drifting away on an outgoing wave of golden suds.
This is your chance to taste the complexity of a single-hopped brew made from the emerging craft talent all the country’s leading breweries are lining up to work with!
