About This Beer
To create it, the Washington brewers started with a malt-forward base crafted from locally grown grains. They fermented the beer in oak with native yeasts, and hopped it with PNW-grown Fuggle and Golding — two classic English cones. Finally, they can-conditioned the brew with local honey.
Tasting Notes
Look for bready notes topped with a dash of honey, while hints of wildflower bitterness sway in the background. A very mild tanginess and subtle hints of funk nod to the beer’s Farmhouse influence, with nuances of lemongrass and slight earthiness leading to a crisp, refreshing finish.

Oak nose, black tea dry bitterness and light crisp
citrus. Nice light tart ale.

Honestly don’t think I was going to like this as much as I do. Definitely drinks like a farmhouse ale. Tart funk to it with some lemon tea on the back end
