incredibly light and effervescent, almost disconcertingly so; however, this made it a great pairing with dinner and a good beer to have with a meal.
Well done! I wouldn’t call it an English bitter though. I’d call it a sour tribute to English bitters.
nice bready session beer. earthy and kind of funky.
Prefer the English version.
