About This Beer

This New England IPA is fresher and more plush than a newly finished load of laundry. Complex in a way that doesn’t leave you overwhelmed. The sort of dank that’s a joy to experience (unlike entering your crawlspace).

To enjoy these Juice Pants, you don't actually need to WEAR pants, though. You can chug these cans while lounging in your skivvies and watching cartoons. Because you're an adult. Who's gonna stop you?

Tasting Notes

Maplewood Brewery & Distillery has done it again with the newest addition to their super-hopped Juice Pants series– this time adding a healthy dose of New Zealand favorite Riwaka Hops to the mix! Notes of grapefruit and lemon float over lush guava and passionfruit, making it super juicy. All that Riwaka is rounded out with Citra Hops, Citra Cryo, Mosaic Hops, and Mosaic Cryo for one layered, soft, and hazy brew.

The papaya body crackles across the palate, with slices of grapefruit and sweet lemon to complete the citrus picture. Sizzles, then fizzles, to dry resinous bitter wash. The haze factor adds a bit of funk, but it settles down politely, at the back of the mouth. Quite balanced.

Absolutely fabulous! Tastes like sipping on a glass of fresh OJ, but just enough of a balanced bitterness at the end to remind you that it is, in fact, a beer. Maplewood is always top notch stuff, and this is no exception!

#CountryLyfeProbs box delivery edition. Rich and smooth, lemony and touch of earthiness/dankness. Super creamy and very low bitterness. Hop layered and Riwaka is an interesting and tasty addition.
