About This Beer
They started with plenty of flaked oats, malted wheat, and Weyermann carafoam for an unusually pillowy body with just a hint of caramel. Next, they fermented that epic base with Cosmic Punch Yeast, lending it an extra pop of fruity flavor, and layered it with massive amounts of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, and Simcoe Hops. Finally, they added a dose of thiol-rich Phantasm Powder, giving the brew intensely aromatic expressions of white grape and tropical fruit.
Tasting Notes
Expect soaring flavors of tangy citrus underscored by hints of pineapple, passionfruit, and ripe nectarine. Let a drop linger on your taste buds, and you can anticipate wandering through nuances of mango, dank melon, and just a touch of pithy grapefruit rind.

Still a great Parish Ghost beer, but not as good as the others

Fairly solid collab attempt by both of these breweries, but not nearly as good as anything made by them individually. A little too malty and sweet for my taste.
