About This Beer
To craft it, the Cali mixologists aged a Seltzer base in Tom Cat gin barrels, imbuing the brew with delicate nuances of herbs and spice. Then they layered it with all the elements of the actual cocktail — ripe passionfruit, orgeat, falernum, and fresh lemon juice.
Tasting Notes
Vibrant tropical fruit leads each out-of-this-world swig with hints of lemon and ginger swirling throughout. Notes of juniper and clove ground the sip with a bit of earthy sophistication before a fruit finish.
