Especially if that moment includes a delicious brew crafted by two breweries HopCulture lauds as some of the best in Chicago-land*! Repartee from More and Saint Errant deserves any craft fan’s full attention.
They’ve created a concoction so full of tropical hopjuice, I can feel my busy-bee stress sliding away with each Piña Colada-like sip. It’s truly a brew so well-rounded and full of complex flavor, it’s worthy of being sipped and savored slowly.
The brewers double dry-hopped Repartee with heaps of Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, and rarely-seen Nectaron Hops, curating notes of sweet mango, zesty pineapple, and drippy papaya. On the finish, silky swells of lychee, coconut, and pine gently tiptoe across the tastebuds.
