Reboog Fraise (Formerly Goober Fraise)
A Note on This Beer
Some people might celebrate with a bottle of wine, but Garagiste fans know it’s not a celebration until everyone has some peanut butter and jelly.
Really! The award-winning Mead makers at Garagiste captured the richness of silky peanut butter and sweet, strawberry jam with masterful elegance in their boozy, fruity Reboog Fraise.
Brewed using citrusy orange blossom honey, and crammed full with fresh strawberries and real peanuts, every sip of this eloquent elixir is reminiscent of that winning childhood snack. But, with the body of a high-end port wine and underlying notes of soft guava, raspberries, and blackberries, it’s something so much more divine.
We’re not asking you to merely “imagine” that a PB&J flavored Mead could be worthy of popping open at a grad party, or for sharing with Dad on Father’s Day. Thousands of craft drinkers already know it’s the truth — they crown Reboog Fraise with a staggering 4.46 Untappd rating!
*Garagiste Meadery boasts a laundry list of Medals and Awards won at world-class competitions, from Hunahpu’s Day Festival to the Domras Cup (a.k.a., the red carpet for Meads)!

Ohhh helllll no! $36 for 375ml aka only 12oz!! Sheeeeesssshhhh. This was my first time trying out a Mead and I was expecting something crazy for the price but to be honest it caught me by surprise. This stuff will definitely get you fading fast but it taste like a peanut butter and jelly and some expired honey mixed together and then strained through a dirty sock. I like how it’s strong, but you really better love uncrustable sandwiches to appreciate this. I wouldn’t buy it again but it’s definitely something you should try once just because it’s so unique. Cheers 🍻
Very, very, very sweet. Definitely not my cup of mead.
After tasting different meads from different meaderies around New Jersey, this is a oddly overly sweet drink that just isn’t my favorite. The strawberry is definitely there but wether it’s the peanuts or whatever they used to back sweetened this mead, it just doesn’t work for me.
I loved this when I found it at a bar, expensive but crazy good taste!
Absolutely terrible, do not order
Really disappointed in this one. The first sip was good. Could taste the jelly but the peanut butter flavor or something left the worst aftertaste ever. Like burnt, moldy wood. Didn’t even drink a quarter of the bottle
Almost as good as grape jelly!
Not a good mead!
Not everything needs peanut butter, but still great
Tons of peanuts then gets very jammy
Swear i got a bad bottle, cork came out like nothing and a rubbery strong aftertaste
Tons of peanut, too much almost. Kind of strange with the strawberry.
Worth every penny
A little heavy on the 🥜, but not bad. PB&J Crime is better.
Really tastes like pb&j, but cant see myself buying this again. It’s something you would buy out of curiosity and be fine with but realize you have the rest to finish
not bad mead
Decent mead that drank more like a port, which made it tough to work through an entire bottle.
I did not think this tasted like PB and J. it was very thick and nutty. Disappointed for sure.
Super delicious. Great chilled!
cork problem? gross
bad batch??? thinking cork issue? Maybe for really hot during shipment? undrinkable. horrible moldy tart bitter taste that lingers.
absolutely amazing hints of peanut butter with a smooth berry tartness… not super sour.
Yeah that’s tasty. Like a super tasty PB & grape jelly sandwich made of alcoholic goodness.
The peanut flavor is a tad harsh for my liking but otherwise it's a great PBJ mead
fruity sweet sweet dreams
too sweet for me.
First time trying a mead and to be quite honest, it was disgusting. Don't know if it was bad as far as meads go but not for me.
