Interesting blend of fruit and coffee, fruit comes through strong
Its like beer and wine. Its a sour to start with little sweet finish. Amazing
A little too tart for me, but not bad.
Almost like a funky wine, pretty tasty! Very tart.
I enjoy it as a saison, though I wish it had a slightly stronger raspberry flavor. The bourbon barrel flavor is surprisingly noticeable.
Almost textbook saison with lovely fruity notes. The raspberry balances the funk well.
Good sour - not overly sour, good combo with the raspberries
The bourbon barrel taste combined with the raspberry makes a great combo
Underrated bourbon barrel gem from Logsdon offers a profile of tart, dry raspberry, non trivial wild yeast flavors, and a firm showing of oaky vanillin.
Like the raspberry but heavier on the bourbon taste than I would like.
Lacks the flavor I expected but I am not a big saison fan
Nice balanced raspberry flavor, can taste the Bret. Not getting any flavors from the bourbon barrel which is disappointing.
Lacks the flavor that I thought it would have
That’s a complex mix of flavors that taste strong but flavorful.
Perfect amount of pucker - balanced flavor. Just fruity enough without being overbearing.
A touch more sour than I anticipated , but was welcomed. The raspberry was prominent on the nose, as well as the finish. Flavors all married well together.
