Aroma us really strong on this, of dark fruit and whiskey barrels. Has a really nice whiskey barrel finish in the palate, after said dark fruit snd caramel. Smooth with organic sweetness.
Smooth & delicious
Top notch all the way through. Dark fruit to Vanilla and Cinnamon. Will get one every time it is available
Superb Quad. Well balanced flavors. If I'm being picky, it was a bit flat. That carbonation is part of what makes Belgian beers so special.
no joke it is perfect
I guess I've decided I don't like beers aged in bourbon barrels. But if u do, u would prob like it!
Absolutely love it!
This beer is nice drinking quad Belgian is a smooth enjoyable drink that I could keep a few arround
Let’s just take a classic Belgian Quad and drop it in Willet barrels for a while… …ummm yeah great damn idea! Lushness dripping off fruit compounded by barrel sugars and tart. Damn special stuff this is.
Dark fruits, sweet, boozy. Very good.
The BA whisky tastes meshes nicely with the sweetness of the quad.
16oz can from Tavour. Dark brown pour, a few bubbles. Aroma is sweet and boozy, prunes, raisins, plums, brown sugar. Taste is sweet, molasses. Boozy warmth throughout. A bit sticky at the finish.
Rich and full flavored with just slight hints of whiskey. Paired well with the ribs for dinner!
A rich flavor almost like a Brandy or cognac cognac
sweet caramel, not overly boozy
Very strong, nice flavor. Very thick. Well balanced.
Really nice. Since this is a slightly heavier beer I would recommend drinking it on a cooler, possibly rainy day.
Great Quad!! Super smooth, easy to drink which is dangerous!
Great but to sweet for me.
solid whisky tastes with a bready dark sugar finish. The fruitiness from the whisky did not blend to well with the dark sugar.
Came off more like English Barleywine to me but was very delicious
Reminds me of a better Dirty Bastard. Excellent!
Surprising fruit taste that blends nicely with the whiskey. Very smooth overall.
I've actually never tasted anything like this. The complexity of flavors was quite good with hints of fig, raisin, caramel and maple syrup. Excellent beer.
A nice, fruity, boozy Quadruple with loads of whiskey and dark fruit notes.
Party in my mouth
A thick, creamy toffee explosion. Smooth caramel with layers of plum. Delicious
Very malty quad
Thick, smooth, dark fruit with a sweet finish. Boozy too.
