Pocket Treats (2020)
Listermann Brewing Company
A Note on This Beer
It’s not everyday that two GABF Gold medal award-winning breweries come together to create a beer that’s so popular, they’ve brewed it TWICE since its debut less than a year ago!
So, how did WE manage to get ahold of the Triple New England IPA that fans are calling outstanding?
Let’s just say, “we know a guy.”
Today, we’re pleased as punch to bring you Pocket Treats (2020), a 10% ABV candy-coated collaboration from Listermann Brewing and WeldWerks. We’re so excited about this beer, it’s got us doing cartwheels all around the room!
Pocket Treats is a deliciously balanced blend of Galaxy, El Dorado, Citra, and Sultana Hops. At first pour, it greets your nose with the sweet ambrosia of freshly squeezed lemons and juicy honeydew, with a whisper of earthy dank.
Each sip unleashes a tropical tsunami of bright, juicy citrus candy — like if your best friend saved you all the pink and yellow Starbursts in the package. It mellows into notes of succulent pineapple, lychee, and creamy cantaloupe, with just a tiny hint of hoppy bitterness on the finish.
It’s so full of delicious flavor, the massive ABV is almost untraceable!
Just take it from @jay who declares, “Fantastic . . . You need this one NOW!!!”
Today, you don’t have to fly out to Ohio for these Pocket Treats — you can snag ‘em from the comfort of your couch! But while you’re at it, you may want to grab a few — these treats are too scrumptious not to share.

Very interesting, just another regular average beer, wouldn’t recommend it
It’s a little too sweet for me but I appreciate the mouthfeel!
A bit spicy, but good.
Good, just above average.
Very smooth with great citrus flavors and an mild hoppy finish.
Daily corona battle. Listermann AND Weldworks?! Yes please! This is candy sweet, crazy smooth and delicious. Mild bitterness and def hides the abv. Such fantastic hop layering.
Wayyyyy to smooth for a 10 percenter. Enjoyed this.
Mediocre. Would not try again.
Outstanding and want more. Send me more
NEIPA meets Pez candy mashup here. I dig it but the front forward sweetness is a bit chalky. After 2 sips it settles in the pocket nicely. A delicious treat indeed.
Sooo good. Easily huggable but not the move. Enjoy every drop bursting with hops. As the can art suggests.
Lychee and cream, deep and wet, sweet. At first I got honey and wasn't a fan. This is great but almost too syrupy. Fruits are bangin
This beer is delicious. It tastes like a Mountain style IPA. Very good combination of hops and juice.
