When the craft masters at DSSOLVR told me to “toss up those feet, sit back, and transport yourself to a flavor oasis” I understood the assignment.
I cracked my cold can of Pleasant Murmurs Fruited Sour, leaned my favorite cushy recliner allllll the way back, and got to sipping. What came next can really only be described as total tropical dessert bliss!
These craft masters brewed this succulent quencher with gobs of sweet and juicy mixin’s. To start, they soured it overnight in their kettle, fermented it clean with their fluffy IPA yeast, and then (in the brewer’s words) “conditioned it atop a massively stupid amount of pineapple and marshmallow.”
Each sip tastes like toasty, puffy marshmallows sandwiched between two slices of grilled pineapple, topped with a swirl of super silky vanilla bean soft serve!
