Destihl Brewery did it FAR better.
Nice and sour and pineapply.
Really good clean beer and refreshing taste
Very sour, but even with all the adjuncts very one-dimensional.
Decent sour ale. Not as much pineapple as expected.
Decent enough beer, but featured none of the listed flavors
Not at all as advertised. Disappointed.
It’s a fruity sour. I don’t get any specific pineapple, cake, etc.
Easy to drink but mediocre. No flavors mentioned were to be found in this ale.
This was much more tart than I was expecting and was lacking any sort of cherry flavor. It was good but not what I was expecting and certainly not as described.
Expected more pineapple
A nice sour with none of the flavor listed in the description.
Basically a sour bud lite
I get the pineapple; upside down cake, not so much. Still, a nice sour ale.
Overall nice flavor but thin mouthfeel and flat tasting. Would like to see more texture and depth.
Decent sour but couldn’t taste any of the flavors described
Wish it had a little more of that sour kick
Nice subtle sour beginning turning flat and one demential like you’re on a roller coaster building up a steep incline, peaking, then the tracks run flat before abruptly ending.
Smells like pineapple, but lacks any of the other flavors listed. Good beer, but not quite there
A little too sour. But love the idea and brewery.
Sour and boring
Blackstack Brewing in St. Paul, MN had a pineapple upside down cake sour beer, and it was the best I’ve ever had. It tasted like my mom’s cake, which is heavenly. This was a solid second place for that type of beer. Not as pineapple-y as it could be.
No creamy, no cakey. Boo.
really lacked in overall flavor they were going for… good sour but wanted more of the description
Very disappointed in this one... tastes of sour nothingness
pineapple, sour, tart & creamy
