About This Beer
Don’t let your pals pilfer your Pilscifer! Because it’s not just any old Pils! Sig crafted it with Adeena in the boil, and a dry hopping of Opal, giving the cracker-crisp base delicious whispers of florals and citrus.
If your buds burgle this brew, you won’t be able to enjoy its clean crushability or Noble nuances, and that would be a real shame. The biscuity, light-bodied beer dishes up hints of jasmine and lemongrass. A dash of peppery spice rounds out the finish making for an ultra-satisfying quencher.

a bit of a letdown
Another lager dry-hopped to rainbow-colored, candy-sweet fruitiness. I prefer beer that tastes like beer, not Kool-Aid. Toucan San might love this, but not me.
I’m not a huge fan of dry hopped Pilsners. If I knew this one was a dry hopped I wouldn’t have bought it. With that being said it was pretty nice. Strata definitely is dominant but it’s not unbearable. Nice and crisp but not what I’d look for in a Pilsner. Keep the weird hops for the IPA’s Pilsners are better traditional
16oz can from Tavour. Clear golden, carbonated, white foamy head. Aroma is clean grainy, bready malts, biscuits. Taste is simple and straight forward, nothing fancy, and spit for a pils. This is perfect on a stinking hit day.
Solid dry hopped pilsner
Would have again, little on the light bread side but would definitely have again
Very crisp and refreshing with a little kick at the end. Very good.
A nice crisp clean lemony Pilsner. There are a lot better examples of this out there.
Good hoppy flavor, but still the taste of a pilsner. Great pool beer on a hot day!
This is a nice beer, but had a stronger toasty malt flavor than I expected from the pils.
Nice pils. Smoot, crips.
As straightforward as a hopped Pilsner can be. Crisp, clean, hoppy and refreshing. Enjoyed this New American Pilsner on the 4th of July while watching fireworks on my back deck. Felt patriotic.
Good, not great. It’ll do in a pinch
This beer blew my mind both delicious and interesting has a really nice finish bursting with berry mosaic flavors
