About This Beer
The team crafted a Belgian Trappist-inspired base with a quintet of specialty malts and a dash of balancing Chinook Hops. They coaxed out complex esters using American Chico yeast, then racked the brew into bourbon barrels to absorb all the goodness of that spirit soaked oak.
Tasting Notes
Dark fruit nuances accent pecan pie tones in the aroma through to the finish of every smooth sip. Hints of dried plum, fig, and raisin weave through notes of whiskey caramel and cola. A nutty undertone balances the toffee sweetness that lingers past the conclusion.
