About This Beer
The Mortalis crew loaded up a base of dark malt with the flavors of breakfast pastry perfection by — you guessed it — adding whole peach coffee cakes to the brew. Then they layered in more cinnamon and toasted almonds for extra complexity.
Tasting Notes
The hulking Imperial Pastry Stout pours rich and smooth. Sweet, nutty nuances and cinnamon swirls fill its mocha body. Peaches come through in the sip for a uniquely scrumptious sipper infused with stone fruit succulence.

Somehow this works. Like eating coffee cake with bits of peaches. Fruit very much evident but complements the chocolatey base, wee raisin, light spices. Sweet but not overwhelming. fun to try!
