A Note on This Beer
I remember when I first learned the phrase “à la mode.”
I was about eight years old, at the first birthday party where I’d ever seen pie served instead of cake. Initially I was outraged, but then someone handed me a bowl of peach pie topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and told me “it’s peach pie à la mode — that means ‘with ice cream!’”
All of us kids kept saying ‘à la mode this’ and ‘à la mode that’ all day long. Any time someone asked if we wanted anything, we’d say, “yes, we want it à la mode!”
I never lost my craving for adding ice cream to things, but I hadn’t said “à la mode” with such childish enthusiasm for years until I tried today’s Peaches Sour à La Mode collaboration from Untitled Art and Corporate Ladder.
These brewers came together and outdid the sweet and creamy stone fruit pie and ice cream combo with this new Dessert Fruited Sour! To make it, they added copious amounts of peaches, apricots, cinnamon, and graham crackers!
And, even better than the original dessert, they topped off this brew with a buzz-worthy 6% ABV.
Now, I can get my à la mode flavors in a brew for grown-ups, and maybe I’ll finally stop asking for a scoop of ice cream to be added to everything else I’m offered.

lovely peach flavor coming through
For how thick it looks it’s nice and light with great flavor
The flavors came together great. Really enjoyed this
It tastes like peaches and ice cream but not sweet if that make sense
The peach flavor really comes through. Very unique sour and that works well.
Great sour. The graham cracker flavor with the peach was spot on.
Huge fan of this beer it was super thick and packed with peach flavor. A little hint of tartness and the cinnamon was a nice complement
Great use of peach and apricot. Cinnamon shines through. Thick. Excellent!
Peach cinnamon Dankness. Good for me and the wife.
Taste just like the name says! Bomb.com!
Good but they have better
Lots of peach flavor
Smells like peaches. Tastes like peaches with a hint of cinnamon
This is a good one. Nice balance of sweet and sour with a nice “a la mode” twist.
Fantastic aroma. Great thickness and mouthfeel. The flavors are great, especially for the style. Just a bit tart for the amount of peach flavors present. It’s definitely appropriately balanced for the style. I kinda wish it were more sweeter, more sour and more flavorful, but it would probably be better suited for a fruited sour.
Nice flavor. Not too sour
Hits every flavor as promised
Mamas cobbler just hits different and this matched up to it!
Only taste peach and thin.
Amazing peach flavor. Smooth and creamy. Some zip at the end!
Dessert in a glass. Thicker than expected. Worth the buy.
Peaches, graham cracker, vanilla.
Graham cracker adds a bad finish
Creamy peachy goodness
Very nice. Could use a tad more sweet imo
Cherry pie! Not peaches but delicious.
Refreshing with a lovely peach scent, but would definitely be improved if made a little sweeter/fruity in lieu of bitter.
Could be sweeter and needs more cinnamon
I don’t get the Graham cracker on this but the creamy peach flavors shine though very well. Pretty tart.
Great but a little sweet to me
Cinnamon, creamy peaches
The a la mode was almost underwhelming. The flavor is good and doesn't linger.
Cinnamon was a little overpowering. Lots and lots of peaches!
Delicious peachy cinnamon notes, the taste is a little more tart but ends with sweet and smooth. Very good! Would be a fantastic brunch sour!
Peach pie in a can
Cloying and artificial
Didn’t really meet my expectations. Almost seemed a little flat. Flavors were there but weak.
Amazingly sour and peachy!
Great fruit sour and taste like a peach pie
Great peach flavor not overly sweet
lovely peach flavor
very peachy and sweet
definitely hits all of the tasting notes from the can
