About This Beer
The brewers started by blending versions of their esteemed base aged in a mix of American and French oak bourbon and rum barrels. Then they transferred the beer into peach brandy casks for a final 6 months of slumber!
Tasting Notes
We’re expecting malty notes of caramel, toffee, and candied dates accentuated by nuances of top shelf whiskey. Hints of molasses from the rum should meld beautifully with whispers of oak before smooth stonefruit flavors take over on the finish, completely burying the big 15.8% ABV.
