About This Beer

To craft this one, DSSOLVR teamed up with friends at Xul and aimed to amp up Xul’s legendary PB&J Mixtape yet again. They started with the same gluten free base dripping with rich peanuts and jammy Concord grapes. Then they layered it with marshmallows and vanilla, wrapping it all up like a fluffernutter.

Tasting Notes

Anticipate gorgeous gushes of grape jelly to course through every swig. Nutty sweet pb tones should swirl underneath, deliciously mingling with ‘mallow fluff in a velvety finish.

effing delicious!!! I bought it on a whim because I used to scarf PB&Js by the ton when I was a kid…..and I was SHOCKED at how much this brought that back. I normally don’t like sours, but if this shows up again I’m buying a crate.

By far the best PBJ fruited beer I've had. Strong grape flavor then the pb and marshmallow give a smooth creamy after taste. Would buy again.

Sweeter than the Xul PB&J Mixtape because of vanilla and marshmallow additions, but still excellent peanut butter and grape jelly flavors. I think I still prefer the Mixtape just for better mouthfeel and balance of PB&J. It had me feeling nostalgic.

DSSOLVR has the right idea, but needs to work on the PB&J base. Ive had both PB&J Engine, and Turbo Fluff, and both lack in comparison to Xul's PB&J Mixtape, even though they're supposedly made from the same base. Still good for what it is, but I personally dont taste much of the PB&J in DSSOLVR's brews
