About This Beer
To recreate those flavors, the brewers started with a blend of Imperial Stouts aged 34 months in pot brandy barrels. Then they reached for the same ingredients you’d find in a British pantry: ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, brown sugar, and nutmeg. Finally, they amped up the bakery vibes with an addition of molasses cookies.
