About This Beer
To craft P3 Hefe, they followed the rules (unlike us at Tavour) and started with a bready base brewed with a traditional yeast strain. And the result could have come out of a biergarten in Bavaria!
Tasting Notes
Clove and banana bread aromas erupt out of every vibrantly golden pour, inviting you in for a taste. The sip follows, with notes of vanilla, bread dough, and a kiss of citrus that are sure to keep you quenched through whatever the evening holds. Herbal tones from the hops round out the fruity flavors, with invigorating coriander and pepper notes flowing through on the finish.

Way too hoppy to be a hefenweissen a disappointment for me I can kind of rate banana but it’s like a normal light beer mixed with an ipa mixed with a splash of hefe pretty big miss for me
