P³ Puff Tart
The Brewing Projekt
A Note on This Beer
Folks sure like to talk up Vitamins A thru D. But, what I’ve really been missing is a hefty dose of Vitamin P.
Actually, make that Vitamin Px3 — Passionfruit, Pineapple, and Plum!
Fortunately, the brew doctors at The Brewing Projekt have whipped up a delicious remedy. It’s called P3 Puff Tart, and it’s a Sour Ale brewed with real fruit, alongside doses of creamy lactose and gooey marshmallow for tangy, tropical milkshake flavors!
Get a taste, and you’ll want to make this silky tri-fruit medley a staple in your craft regimen, too.
And, you won’t be alone. All you Tavour fans who’ve tasted the Puff Tart series gave 4+ ratings to every last one! You’re constantly sending me messages, demanding more!
Better hurry to fill your fridge. If anyone asks, you’re loading up on Vitamin P.

This was so creamy and fruity. It was perfect for a hot day when I needed something refreshing that wasn't super high alcohol content.
This is almost *too* easy to drink. Absolutely delicious.
Great juice beer. Marshmellows the sour
Really well done
AMAZING! Took this on the river and it was refreshing and tasty. The fruity flavors are complimented by a hint of marshmallow fluff at the end. No overwhelming sweet flavor which was nice. Would definitely buy a case of this beer to have in the house.
Couldn't get over the taste of marshmallow fluoride.
Packed full of flavor.
Another favorite on the list

Delicious, also my girlfriends favorite Tavour beer so far
Little too tart
Puffy and tarty
Delicious. So fruity and refreshing on this sunny July 4th. A cool can and some tasty beer. After taste is very pineapple-y. You definitely won’t need more than one of these at a time though, as it is quite sweet.
I can see why people would like this but it just wasn’t for me. The addition of lactose turned what should have been a crisp, refreshing, “zingy” fruit sour into a thick milkshake. The marshmallow made it overly-sweet in a cloying way that, combined with the thick mouthfeel, only muddled the nice clean flavors of pineapple and other fruit. In short, the lactose and the marshmallow seem counterproductive to me.
Delicious! Super smooth to drink. Able to taste all of the different flavors of the pineapple, plum, and passion fruit with a smooth marshmallow taste at the end. Thoroughly enjoyed drinking it.
I really loved it. Tart, tangy, yet subtly sweet. Kind of like drinking a desert... Quite a delicious take on a sour. Not something you can find in just any liqour store. I'm very happy I happened to get my hands on a couple cans. Really wish I could order it AGAIN........If the whole U.S.A. knew of this beer, and were a fan of sours, THIS would be the go-to beer in my opinion.... 5 stars....
Really good! One of the better puff tarts I’ve had
This was top favorite beer of the first crate of beers I tried. It was fruity, sour and i got all the flavors listed. I especially enjoyed the subtle note of marshmallow that really balanced out the sourness in a delicious way.
fruity, pineapple, passion fruit, marshmallow, light
