About This Beer
The Belgian team and their friends at Lindemans crafted this complex sipper with a melange of four barrels of Lambic formed from ten different batches. Each one started with local, organic barley and wheat and aged hops then aged in oak for one, two, or four years.
Tasting Notes
Fragrant waves of stone fruit and hay rise out of the glass to greet you. Take a taste, and the tart, funky sip reveals layers of apricot, dried lime, and freshly-tilled soil. Hints of wild grape skin and crabapple swirl into touches of overripe golden peaches and leather in the crisp finish.
