About This Beer
To craft it, the Seattle legends started with an Imperial Oatmeal Stout brewed with licorice, rested on cinnamon bark, and aged in 10-year-old bourbon barrels. Then they blended it with a unique Imperial Stout crafted specifically for this mix before conditioning the whole thing on orange zest and cacao nibs.
Tasting Notes
Inviting citrus and chocolate aromas perfume the air with every velvety pour. On the swig, dark mocha tones mingle with a vibrant spritz of citrus and a touch of anise. Just-pulled espresso notes seep into bourbon caramel underneath, with swirls of cinnamon carrying throughout, further obscuring the 11% ABV.
