Main & Mill Brewing Company
A Note on This Beer
Whether it’s an Oktoberfest celebration, an anniversary, or just a chilly fall afternoon, Main & Mill made Oktoberfestus for you!
Well, they had some skin in the game, too. The Festus, MO crew crafted Oktoberfestus so fans could celebrate both Oktoberfest AND the brewery’s 6th birthday from anywhere!
And so we shall! Fire up the Oompa music, crack open a can of this festive brew, and bring Oktoberfest to your block.
Packed with Munich malts that bring toffee caramel-drizzled biscuit Lager notes, this amber-hued brew will cut right through any dense, savory schnitzel or cheese dipped pretzels you pass around at the Oktoberfest block party.
And despite those full flavors that compliment even the boldest cured meat snack, the light 5.5% ABV means you can line up a few to crush on your way down the block, handing out brews and good vibes to the fellow “festival” goers.
As the purveyor of the finest craft beer, you’ll be the life of the party!
Sauce Magazine calls Main & Mill “One of St. Louis’ best kept secrets in beer!”

Malty, tasty, everything I want from an Octoberfest.
Malty, smooth Marzen.
Really drinkable Oktoberfest beer.
Smooth crushable brew with sweet Carmel malty favor
Nice malty biscuit taste. Definitely felt like George Costanza was celebrating at Octoberfest.
This was a 5 for my first few sips. Very toasty and biscuity. Mellow and pleasant. But getting to the middle of the can I didn't experience that same toastiness anymore. Began to taste like any other brown ale.
I really enjoyed this Octoberfest beer a lot. Wish I had bought more
Great tasting oktoberfest. Great full body and flavor with a malty finish. Definitely what I’m looking for in a oktoberfest
Daily corona battle. Dadgum terrific and true to style. Malt sweet, bready and full...yet light and super all day drinkable. Take me to Germany, please!
Very well balanced and full flavor that will hit your taste buds.
Rich for an Ofest. Very nice
Average run of the mill Oktoberfest. Nothing to really write home about.
Very nice and light
Good Oktoberfest. Main & Mill are brewing great beers
Delicious. It’s a smooth, malty märzen. It has the deep caramel color and taste you’d ever want in an Octoberfest beer. Just need some pretzels and sauerkraut!
Great fall beer, very malty and rich
Decent Oktoberfest - not my favorite, but I didn’t regret buying 8 of ‘em - affordable and drinkable, as Tavour goes, at least
A Märzen so deeply toasted it borders on a being a brown ale. It smells like dark caramel, and there’s a faint bitterness at the finish that tastes like the malt was slightly burnt. It’s good, a little different, but not my favorite.
Hits all the notes from style. Barley bready.
This was the perfect brown/amber ale for my tastes. It wasn't hopie or strong. I tasted the hints of carmel. The smell was amazing as well as I poured it. For me this was definitely a top 5 craft beer.
One of the best Oktoberfest beers I’ve had
This is the malty beer you want by your side for a day of singing and hanging with friends.
Party in my mouth
malty and crisp. perfect for a nice cool fall night!
Pours a darker, copper hue. Malty, toffee aromas. Sweet, toasty, crisp, caramel. Really nice Oktoberfest, especially if you like them on the sweeter side.
smooth and delicious
Very nice malt forward American Marzen! Smooth with good head retention and lacing. Sweetness is balanced but not overwhelming. Caramel flavor hits the spot! Prost!
very malty, pretty good
smooth octoberfest flavor
Deep reddish brown color. Thick, rich and malty O'fest Märzen lager...almost drinks like a red ale. Appreciated the depth of flavor on this one. Better than most domestic efforts.
very toasty malt
Solid Märzen with mild hop notes. very malt forward, but isn't overly heavy feeling.
perfect Oktoberfest beer. Prost!
it was okay. but a little too sweet for me.
Main & mill are celebrating 6yrs of badass brewing and I'll toast to that with this delectable offering! This one is oak heavy and buttered biscuit in body and depth! Mineral notes and light hazel nut coffee aromatics! Prost to Festus, MO ! ⭐⭐💫💫💫
decent. not great.
