I’ve wanted a pet Bigfoot ever since I saw Harry and the Hendersons. But, if I had to choose between an actual Sasquatch, and today’s Oak Aged Coffee Coconut Sasquatch Reserve Imperial Milk Stout, I’d take the beer. Here’s why:

Aroma: This decadent Stout smells like freshly roasted espresso, luxurious fudge, and tropical coconut. Like a mocha version of an Almond Joy. It makes my mouth water as soon as I open the can!

Sasquatches, on the other hand, are also called skunk apes. ‘Nuff said.

Flavor: For the beer, the flavor follows the aroma. Every sip overflows with notes of freshly brewed coffee and creamy toasted coconut. It’s like chasing a chocolate covered coffee bean with a bite from a freshly baked macaroon, with some oaky-vanilla notes that linger on the finish.

What would Sasquatch taste like? I refuse to even speculate. Suffice to say it wouldn’t be good.

Rarity: This is the only category where Bigfoot actually has an edge. It’s hard to beat a mythical creature for rarity! But, as John Lithgow learned from that friendly forest ape in Harry and the Hendersons, the real Sasquatch belongs in the forest.
