A Note on This Beer
Northern Spy Apples, or “King” Apples, are some of the richest New England Cider apples around.
They exude natural complexity — an almost oaky quality other apples don’t have. Northern Spy’s depth is what makes it such a revered varietal!
So when the craft masters at Wyndridge Farm craft a batch of dry Cider using 97% Northern Spy apples? That’s a sipper worthy of any Cider fan’s bucket list!
Each swig fills the palate with rich, juicy notes of the popular regional apple, alongside splashes of complex tannic qualities.
Thanks to a pinch of strong, bittersweet Dabinett apples (the remaining 3%), a lingering pucker lasts on the finish, making every taste last as long as a late summer sunset.
Outside of Wyndridge’s taproom in South Central Pennsylvania, you won’t find Northern Dry anywhere else. Grab some of our stash, and show off to your buddies how you not only know the difference between Northern Spy and Dabinette, but that you can taste them both! Will they?
