About This Beer
Once a year, the crew at New Image combs through their barrel stock selecting and blending the finest mature Stouts into a single, exceptional beer. They allow the intricate flavors of that brew to guide them, selecting adjuncts that will further accentuate the drinking experience in order to create something truly extraordinary.
For Noema Blend No. 7, they chose to infuse their legendary Stout with the nutty complexity of almonds.
Tasting Notes
The subtle woody notes and rich earthiness of the nuts ought to enhance the oaky flavors and caramel tones derived from extended bourbon barrel aging. Deeply complex tones of dark chocolate and roasty espresso in the base beer should make for a multifaceted sip that you’ll want to slowly explore all evening long.
